Guests are welcome at any time. For guest-training and new members (with or witout experience), Thursday is the preffered day for a visit. Simple trousers and T-Shirt are enough for the beginning. Prior knowledge, rank or style are not important. First two weeks of the training are free. Afterwards, a yearly membership to TG Höchst is due. Overall costs are 110,-€ per Year.
